When you submit a booking enquiry through this website, I collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Instagram handle (optional)
• Your location / country
• Physical details relevant to tattooing (height, placement)
• Your tattoo idea and any reference information you provide
• Consultation preferences
• How you heard about me

Why I collect this data

I collect this information solely for the purpose of responding to your tattoo booking enquiry and arranging a consultation. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

How your data is stored

Booking enquiries are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a secure form submission service. Formspree is GDPR compliant and processes data in accordance with EU data protection regulations. Submissions are delivered directly to my email inbox and stored within Formspree's secure dashboard.

I do not store your personal data on any other third-party platforms without your knowledge.

How long I keep your data

I retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If your enquiry does not result in a booking, your data will be deleted within 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing foristamber@gmail.com.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:
