Before you fill in the form
- Consultations are free and conducted via phone or video call
- A non-refundable booking fee of €150 is required to secure your appointment
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your session
- I primarily work on large, custom pieces — smaller projects can be discussed
- Have ready: 3–5 reference photos including one from my portfolio, and a photo of the body area to be tattooed
- If enquiring about a "wannado" from Instagram, attach a screenshot of the design
After you send your request
- Keep an eye on your email inbox and spam folder for 1–2 days
- Have these ready to attach when Forist replies: 3–5 reference photos including one from the portfolio that you like
- A photo of the body area to be tattooed
